While selling Brian had all the right answers and promised thelat they would cover the first 3 months of my energy bill. I had to fight with the company just to get them to pay for the solar bill not my NV energy bill. Next lie I was told that my NV energy bill would be less then my balance bill around $250 a month. Now comes the surprise during the summer months I am paying more for my power with solar then before. There isn't enough panels on my roof to keep up with my (single male 3 bedroom home) energy usage. I don't even have my a/c set low. I went from paying $250 a month to paying about

Complaint Against Legacy Power (LGCY) I want to share my experience so others don't go through what I did. Solar is a good thing, but you must be very careful about the company you choose and the salespeople who may be more interested in a quick commission than the customer's wellbeing. Unfortunately, my experience with Legacy Power (LGCY) has been terrible. When I met with the LGCY salesman in my living room, I was very clear: I would only agree to install solar if (1) I could keep my AC set lower during summer (from 78° down to 75°-74°) and (2) the system provided 100% offset of my NV Energy

This company is the definition of when they show u who they are believe them! They lack the most basic skill in customer service, which is COMMUNICATION. I guess I can take some blame in being involved w them since I decided to take the 2nd meeting after being ghosted by their first rep Elijah, who couldn't even give me the courtesy to let me know that they were able to complete my project due to a window being in the way, had to email a manager to find out. The second rep seemed to have hope, up until he lagged on the simplest of questions as to the refund they have yet to completely pay me f

The installers did an amazing job, as far as I can tell. I placed a call to the installation manager on Monday to discuss a matter related to the installation. It is now Wednesday and I have not received a return call from him. Hid did have the sales rep call me back on Monday, but since my issues I wanted to discuss were install related, so he could not assist me. He told me that Albert would return my call, which has not happened. Was told by Albert directly to contact him for any issues, but apparently they were only meant to placate me as I was standing in his office at the time.

The Crew was very friendly and efficient. The were clean as there was no mess left behind. The even informed me I needed to have the ridge line of the roof looked at by a roofer as those tiles were loose. I'm sure I will have more to say once they turn on the panels.

Phil McGill was absolutely amazing. He is what the industry needs! He was honest , straightforward and knew what he was talking about. He is the only reason we decided to move forward with solar . HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

No complaints about the install crew. They worked very hard outdoors and in the attic to get the job done. They were very respectful and professional.

- It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
