  This review is based on current experience and may be updated upon corrective action. Lifestyle solar was responsible for installing solar in my community and has so far not delivered their product, for which we paid in full upon closing on our home. After receiving our first utility bill in early July, we sent Lifestyle Solar the bill as they requested and they did not process the permission to operate with PG&E for nearly 2 weeks because they did not have proper documentation. Only upon following up on our request did we learn about how the process was held up because they didn’t have this d

  Extremely poor communication and lack of customer service. I waited for two weeks to have a technician come in but they didn't show up. I felt a complete disrespect of my time as I had to skip work for this appointment.

  Initially I had high hopes for Lifestyle Solar. I was excited to get my solar panel connected to my home, and was over the moon when PG&E approved my application to operate in 3 days (usually can take weeks!). It took almost 2 weeks for Lifestyle to call to schedule me, another 2 weeks until my appointment. The day before, they call to tell me that the technician had truck trouble so my appointment was cancelled. I had taken the day off work to be there and explained that, they said sorry but promised to reach out the next day to reschedule me. Radio silence for 2 days until I call them, only

  We do all of our business with Lifestyle Solar and work with Andrew Lum who is outstanding in providing the most communicative responses to all of our questions along with great pricing. We give you 5 stars to the whole Lifestyle Solar team!

  After a power outage Lifestyle solar contacted me to let me know my inverted was not working, this took me by surprise being that SCE and the builder company did not wanted to take responsibility on any of the damages that resulted after the outage. Tabitha was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole process, she even went above and beyond to help me sign up for the app so I could keep track of the power production.

  I was having a not so great experience with Lifestyle Solar. After four months of back-and-forth and very little communication from the office staff or my assigned representative, I was feeling frustrated. Fortunately, a few neighbors recommended Delvin, and he completely turned things around. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made getting my solar system activated smooth and stress-free in just a week.
