  I cannot get a physical person to talk to whatsoever and I have been trying for the past hour and a half to get a body to talk to and I keep getting no results whatsoever at at all. I am a customer. I purchased my solar panels from momentum solar back in March of 2024 and yet I still cannot get a physical human being to talk to about a small problem I have

  Terrible experience. After I clearly told Momentum Solar I had no interest, they continued calling me nonstop all morning. Ignoring a direct request to stop contacting someone is unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, they also sent kids through my neighborhood going door to door soliciting. The combination of relentless phone calls and aggressive neighborhood solicitation is completely excessive. Companies should respect people's time and privacy. This kind of sales approach is exactly why consumers lose trust. I hope the Better Business Bureau takes note of complaints like this an

  Disappointed in Momentum as a company. Went with them as they are backed by IGS which isa oil and gas co. IGS been in business 20+ years and figured they be around in the long run vs solar co’s that go out of business within a few years. Pro’s: 1) Install team was great, explained everything they were doing, went over it with me, etc, 2) Panels look nice with all black no blue ugly ones Con’s: 1) Customer service is terrible (Not responsive to issues, IGS handles all issues and is same way) - I have 1 panel in a array which is producing ~60% less then others in same array from day 1, I am conv

  I have heard a few bad stories of trying to get solar on other homes and I am proud to say this was the best experience I have had updating my home. Everything couldn't have gone smoother. They were very welcoming and patient explaining every detail and question that I had. The installation crew that came and put the panels on the house couldn't have been more respectful and professional.
