We got NV24 in May 2026. The battery is probably working OK. The reason I say probably is because the only way to know this is via their software. But they use Chinese software (Solarman), which is HORRIBLE and probably a security risk. 1. It does not give the user any way to configure the battery. I have to call the installer to make any change, which is insane. 2. The software was charging my battery from the grid when I was producing a ton of (excess) solar electricity. How is this bug tolerated? 3. So I asked the installer to turn off grid-charging. The installer said the battery will NEVE

The Neovolta battery is top-notch, however, the service is not. After having some electrical work done, the house was not connected back to the grid, and amazingly, the solar battery powered my entire house by itself for almost 2 weeks. My power went out after the battery was drained, which happened on a Saturday morning. I called Neovolta, and left a voicemail and an email, but did not receive a response. I contacted Brent, and he was extremely kind and came to my house on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot the problem. I had power back in 10 minutes, and he checked all my settings to ensure

Horrible company we’ve tried to use them every time the warranty comes up. They change their mind. They lie to us. They say that they’re gonna fix something. They tell us to leave the project then they don’t fix it. They won’t troubleshoot properly.

I purchased NeoVolta's battery system because it had features that I wanted that others did not. I later found that it has other features that made it even more appealing. I also later found that it lacks features that would have caused me to look harder elsewhere for a home battery. NeoVolta uses the safe, dependable, and long-lasting Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery technology. That's a big plus because I don't have to worry about it catching fire like NMC batteries, and it will last a long time. It produces 7.6 kW continuous power and stores 14.4 kWh of power; more than most single batt

I had an issue with my warrantied solar system and my solar company did not respond, so I reached out to Neovolta (I have their backup battery system) in case it was a battery issue. The patient phone technician Ariana spent nearly an hour on the phone with me diagnosing everything possible from their end remotely. Within 3 hours there was a service rep Henry at my home to further diagnose. Within 30 minutes Henry had the problem identified, which was at the main panel and not battery related. An electrician quickly solved the issue. Henry stayed on until the work was finished and tested the c

I could not get my NeoVolta inverter to connect to my new router. Henry made a special trip out to help. He even installed an ethernet port to make the connection more stable at no cost. This is the second time Henry came to my rescue when I had a technical issue. He is the best!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
