    4.26.23 update…See Contractors State License Board Complaint SF 2022 11998. Multiple violations issued to Burtek Energy in direct contradiction to their dishonest and misleading response below. This is public information anybody can request which will include documentation by owner Jay Burden attempting to have a big voice and threaten us if we told about the actions of his company.     When water stains appeared on my home’s exterior and interior walls, I called a roofing company that had left a flyer at my door. Still, this company gave me a questionable assessment and misinformation about my solar warranty. Then I contacted Ilyan at Burtek Solar and Roofing, who originally installed my solar system. Ilyan confirmed my concerns and provided an honest assessment. Instead of recommending a full replacement of my12-year-old roof, he identified and corrected problem areas that had never been properly installed.
