Never Heard back from this company. I would call them to check on the status of claim and they would say they would call me back, but I would never hear back from. I called them multiple time and they would the same thing each time. I don’t think they wanted to help. I don’t recommend this company

Unorganized. Good over 2 years to get my panels installed. Took them soo long just to get each step completed with zero communication. And yet. I have asked for new and more solar panels but they just won’t seem to come and finish the job or reach back out

Ignored “no soliciting” sign, upsetting the delicate emotional balance of a drowsy two year old at bed time. Insisted they weren’t selling solar, they were helping me out. If you’re knocking on a stranger’s door with a lanyard and a clipboard and your goal is an exchange of goods, money, or information, you’re soliciting.

BAD: Took 7 Months start to "finish" for installation. yes some of the time was due to waiting on inspections but had to call several times to find out what the hold up was. I say "finish" because system still has an issue with communicating through the app on my phone and online to show energy production and final inspection/turning on of system was done 8 days ago. Installers would show up to do work and not notified of when they were coming. GOOD: Installation was professional and installers were proficient in what they did and very respectful. Tracking of progress of project was easy throu

My experience with Nerd Power went really well. I was in the loop the entire time. Robert made sure to reach out to me with updates and the Nerd team was helpful with update text and calls. I was impressed with the way this company communicated the expectations and proceeded to meet them. I have already recommended a relative and neighbor. Thanks again Robert and Nerd Power!

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

“From Tesla-certified technicians to licensed engineers, our team brings decades of…”
Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Stanton is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
