    I got solar panels from Barnes Solar at the end of 2019 and, in 2020 and 2021, they did not produce electricity for 6 months and 2 months respectively. I got a bill of ~$1,400 from Edison. I informed Barnes Solar but they refused to reimburse a single dollar. However, a few days after my call, they sent a technician who fixed the solar panels. A few months ago, I started receiving large bills from Edison and they told me that in spite of these monthly bills, you will get another huge bill at the end of 2021. I asked them the reason and they told me that my panels were not generating enough ele

    Bad service, don't get them, they'll make you waste money. Mike acts nice at first, but after his paycheck, he doesn't care anymore. Avoid wasting money with this cheap company. Bad service, don't get them, they'll make you lose a lot of money. They act nice at first, only to scam you. Mike is a bad person.

    Dont get barnes solar really bad service and you will end up paying 2 bills they dont care i keep calling and they never answer dont trust mike he is kind at first but then when you sighn contract and he gets pay he doesnt care about you anymore please dont get this company they will give you problems and waste of money

    UPDATE- I am having difficulty contacting Barnes regarding their 25 yr warranty. I have had the System for almost 4 yrs. Last year, I was notified that LA Solar would be providing Service. When the Inverter failed LA Solar totally botched the RMA for the replacement. It cost me hundreds in lost production. I just want to find out who is honoring the Barnes Solar Warranty. ORIGINAL- Their purchase price was very competitive. They gave me different options for Panels. The Design was optimum. And, the installation by Mike and his crew was great. It seems like an easier and more positive decision

    The Barnes Solar crew did an excellent job of describing the solar panel installation process. In addition to being patient and good at communicating. Michael was very direct and professional. He patiently addressed all of our questions and went through all of the different programs available in our area. He walked us through the approval process and everything that came with it when we found the best fit for us. It was a great experience, and we can't wait to put our panels up and "go green." Thank you!! I would highly recommend them to someone in the near future. ✔️💯👏

    Everyone involved described their services and offerings with great care. The salesperson I interacted with, as well as the installers and supervisors, were all really professional. They were quite thorough in describing the information and options available to me. The technical components of the installations and programs were simple to comprehend. They were patient with me when I didn't understand things. I had no prior expertise with solar panels, but they guided me through the entire process.
