Vasco Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Anaheim area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Vasco Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

When service is performed by Vasco, they’ve corrected the issue at hand. However, attempting to coordinate and schedule a repair is horrible. After multiple follow up calls from me, I’ve been told that a service repair person will get back to me soon to schedule the repair and days, weeks or even months may go by before any response. Recently, I’ve been told by one of their service members that he couldn’t complete the job because he ran out of space in his truck to carry the optimizer, and then later in the conversation changed the story to he forgot to get it. He then told me he would be her

We are extremely disappointed in the solar panels from Vasco Solar. We put our panels on in September 2023. The pool did not heat up and we were told that by the next spring they would heat up. That did not happen and they did not heat up until July when the pool is warm anyway. We hoped this fall they would stay warm until end of September early October but that didn't happen either. It cost a lot of money for absolutely nothing!!!

Rude , demanding and not have minimum courtesy to call and say why didn’t show up. Not a company for customer. When asked to send someone knowledgeable they didn’t not like my request since they think they are too good ! Owner and office worker are ignorantly are unprofessional

When our SolarEdge inverter went down, I called three certified installers. Only Vasco Solar responded within the day. Maureen asked me to send photos and the same day I received a quote from Bryce. He promptly responded to my emails and scheduled us within the week. On installation day, Bryce texted his ETA, installed the new inverter within two hours, and waited to make sure the system was working. We are waiting for it to update onto our app but we have his cell if we have any issues. Professional, prompt, polite, and knowledgable - we highly recommend Vasco Solar.

I contacted Vasco Solar for the installation of a backup battery. Bryce came out and evaluated my system. He was extremely knowledgeable of the options I was considering. His initial proposal was very attractive. I need to do further research, but Vasco is a prime candidate.

Vasco is efficient, professional, and very knowledeable. They are also very reasonable and fair with the billing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
