Infinity Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Anaheim area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinity Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is not one with which you want to deal. They demanded payment before the job was finished, then made clerical errors that caused Edison to not allow the system to be connected. As of this point we can not get Infinity to even call back let alone to correct their mistake. Other installers don't want to take responsibility to correct the paperwork as they then become responsible for the job. At this point are we out the 20K plus? Is legal action the only option? SO FRUSTRATING AND TOTALLY AVOIDABLE!!

Just had a salesman knock and my door, acknowledge my no soliciting sign, then continue with his sales pitch. Obviously a company with no values or ability to listen to the customer. Not a good way to start a sales pitch by saying, I know you don't want me here, but let me waste your time and privacy anyways.

My system was installed months ago, but these wizards of smart screwed up the application to the city. its been more than 3 months that it (System) is just sitting on my roof doing NOTHING. When I ask questions it sounds like the keystone cops, nobody takes responsibility, nobody has any idea when it "Might be working" . I spoke with the city, they said these guys are "Not Professional" at all. Hire ANYONE else, that is my advice

Kay Syeda at Infinity Solar has been great to work with so far. My system has not been installed yet, so this is just my initial review and I will update it after installation. She has been very thorough, patient, and professional through the whole process. I got quotes from Tesla, Sunrun, and Enphase, and Kay still gave me the best deal. After doing a lot of research, she helped me get a 15.4 kW DC lease with no escalator, and I can pay it off anytime with no prepayment penalty. So far, I’m really impressed with Kay Syeda.

They are very responsive, scheduled and completed work quickly and did a really great job installing my Tesla Powerwall, I recommend them highly!

I began my solar journey in July 2025 this year after the change in deadline for the Tax Credits. I was not looking to put solar on, but my hand was forced. After reviewing multiple solar offers, I landed on Infinity Solar. They were not the least expensive, but the quality of the sales experience gave me the confidence that they were the installer to choose. Sales I walked into my solar journey knowing exactly what I wanted: Enphase ecosystem with REC panels, micro inverters, 6C combiner and 10C batteries. Walter did a great job of answering my questions, putting together a proposal and being

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
