  One of the monitoring features was never installed completely so it didn’t work, the breakers pop every time it rains, and had to have a roof leak fixed from broken tiles. And slow response to any issues. I've been trying to get them to resolve an issue for 2 months now and they won't even return my calls or send a technician. If you want a company that leaves you hanging with poor installation & nonexistent after-sales service, these are your guys! Not recommended.

  I had a terrible experience with Nexus. Their sales tactics were incredibly aggressive. They swooped in after I received a quote from another company, immediately trying to undermine them with scare tactics about inferior equipment and unreliable warranties. It felt like they were more interested in poaching a deal than providing genuine service. The sales representative pressured me relentlessly, claiming that the deal was only available that day and that I would miss out on significant savings if I didn't sign immediately.   Nexus Solar cheated me on the contract. They offered quotation in writing, but had higher price on the contract which they never provide a copy of signed contract back to me. The contract I signed online had same info as they quoted, but when the service turn on, the payment is much higher. With the 32 panels installed, my payment to the solar contract is at $421 / month they billed, but got bill from SCE is $329.84 / July, $413.52 / Aug, $276.38 / Sept, $375.39 / Oct.   I am a very dissatisfied customer. Have been waiting over a month to get Nexxus to fix my system that has been offline for that long. This is the third time over the past 3-4 months that my system has been dropping offline. I also noticed my electricity cost goes up during the time the system is offline. Given my utility bill when the system is online, I now know they under-sized my system which ultimately hurts me. Buyers beware. Not so legit and I wish I could pull this off my house.
