    Door to door salesman are inconsiderate and poorly trained in reading and common courtesy. Intentionally removing a sleeping baby sign put up to prevent knocking when we have a ring camera that could be pressed quietly. Train your employees to be professional and have some decency.

    A couple of young guys came to my house. They were telling me how angry my neighbors are with Duke energy because of how expensive they are. They then explained that they could reduce my cost. I asked if it was solar. They responded "no it's a net-metering product." As the conversation continued, it turned into a conversation about solar panels. I asked them why they had lied earlier when they said "no" to my question is this about solar. They argued that they hadn't lied. My response to them was, "I just asked you earlier if this was about solar and you flat out said 'no'". They responded wit
