    Not sure how they got 4.6 stars they sold me solar that went out of business they put a hole in my roof that took 4 months to fix right and i cant monitor my system .Im not sure how they are keeping this rateing.oh and my power dill is still $400 plus a $200 solar payment on top of that.be careful.im definitely one of their customers

    Purchased Solar panels which was recommended by the company. Sold the more expensive panels because they according to the salesperson they were a higher quality with a longer warranty from a good manufacturer. Concerns about when roof needs to be done, but they will come out and take them down and then put them back up. All great, until the manufacturer they suggested and installed panels for went bankrupt and was sold to another company. Now they no longer touch or even look at the system they installed. Which I also imagine they will no longer be taking them down and reinstalling them when r

    ZERO!!!! If I could leave a ZERO that's what it would be. Gave me one price, changed price after putting panels on my roof. Came and installed panels on the roof with no battery box to actually work. To this day 5 months later still haven't completed the job and have put it on my credit like it's completed. Lawsuit coming!!!! Six months later nothing ZERO BIG ZEROS This thing makes you put at least one star. Ordered my solar panels one year no interest. They never completed the job. Have called several times, actually saw the owner Bill at a fundraiser he said he would call me the next week. I

    Have had a good experience with their Service Techs, but not so much with scheduling service appointments, last two service appts were canceled by SolarFit. The first appt, three different dates before they showed, and the second time, two different dates before showing up, each time they cancelled was the day before they were to show. Make sure your schedule is flexible when calling.

    Service was outstanding from beginning to end. The company was extremely responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, we received quick answers and felt well taken care of. They are a little more on the pricier side compared with some other options, but when you consider the level of customer service, knowledge, and fast response times, we felt the additional cost was worth it. That was ultimately one of the main reasons we chose them. I would definitely highly recommend this company and would choose them again. When it comes to a s

    Solar-Fit is an excellent company. We have had Solar for many years now and we have Never had any problems with the company. We have had a couple issues and when we call them they come out ASAP to get us up and running again. If Anyone wants Solar for their needs I would Call Solar-Fit ASAP !!!     Mine was an excellent but limited service. My solar system was installed by a company now out of business for several years. SunStrong took over the monitoring app from Sunpower. The monitoring app went blank a month ago. Solar Fit previously serviced my system very well so I called them again. Unfortunately SunStrong/Sunpower refused to deal with them to troubleshoot things, nor did they have any record of me in their system when I tried to communicate with them. My system is 5 years old. So Solar Fit fully checked out everything else and confirmed my system is otherwise in good working order
