Shane provided excellent service and was very professional. He explained the solar inverter clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Shane and Now Energy

My Solar Edge inverter stopped working and I was able to get a replacement from the factory. I used Chat GPT to find a local installer and Now Energy was recommended. The installer came early, which was great, and swapped the inverter with no issues. He clearly knew what he was doing. Great, fast, efficient service! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Now Energy Solar. Shane did an excellent job with my solar installation and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I’m very happy with the finished installation. I would definitely recommend Shane and Now Energy Solar to anyone considering solar!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“our team of professionals, we have over 70 years of experience in this relatively new…”

• Better Business Bureau

“Now Energy LLC is a family-owned and BBB-accredited solar panel installation company…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Marble Falls is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
