I’ve been trying to reach someone to find out why one of the two batteries in my garage has gone dark, but I can’t get it looked at. Plus, I was told by having the solar power installed that would increase the value of the house. That was a LIE! The appraiser said he couldn’t use it because I wasn’t buying the system, but leasing. I was told that by leasing if I had a problem Solar Brothers would fix it. Brian Broadus just told me he was going to send me the number for the company I needed to call to get them to send the work order to Solar Brothers but I didn’t get it. I called Brian back and

I have been in my house without lights for two days. I called the headquarters in Houston and someone state he was sending a message to someone. No one has called, or shown up. My husband is a disabled Veteran with a heart monitor. No electricity at all. We want this disaster gone. It isn't even helping us at all. We finally got a message that their isn't permission to put the batteries on. But they told us everything is done. What a joke. I hope I don't have to do a lawsuit to get rid of these batteries. NOT GOOD FOR THOSE WHO NEED BACK UP.

The Solar Brothers team has been a dream to work with. On time, polite, and happy to answer my million "simple" questions. Couldn't ask for more. 5 Stars.

The Solar Brothers were really easy to work with. They prequalified us and they worked with us through each step of the process so that we felt comfortable with the plan and understood what we were getting ready to do. The crew they sent to do the work was great. They were efficient and kept the work really clean. They took care of all of their trash and they finished on time. All in all, no complaints here. If we had it to do again, we’d definitely come back to Solar Brothers!

Solar brothers was a great company to work with. They offered me many options for both the system and the financing and helped me make a decision on which worked best for me. Whenever I needed to talk to them they were always quick to pick up the phone or text me back and that made the process so much simpler. Highly recommend them.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
