Responsive until they get your money then expect to be ignored. Work done by unsupervised subcontractors. Disappointing or no follow-up to problems or issues after the work is done. Keep looking.

They put panels where there is no sunlight.

Now I know there is a reason they have less reviews in here. Price for the solars are good but once they get me. I couldn’t get any help at all. I’m supposed to be their customers but when I have issued on my solars that not even doing what their salesman’s say. Ohh now they cannot do anything on my behalf

I decided to go solar since I have been hearing and reading up on solar that it’s the best way to go. So Now energy solar came to my house and the sales person was very convincing on what he was talking about, however I still had my doubts. Got the solar panels installed and I was still paying 2 bills, one from the loan and the other from electric company at a high price. After a while if communicating this issue with the company and the owner or manager, they did their investigation and the sales person gave us wrong info and wrong pricing. So they did instal more panels for no extra charge.

Now Energy made going solar one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Their team walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and handled all the details so I didn’t have to stress. The installation was quick, professional, and the panels look great on my home. I’ve already noticed the savings on my energy bill, and it feels amazing knowing I’m using clean, renewable energy. I highly recommend Now Energy to anyone considering solar — they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work!

The process was pretty easy. Nir was actually recommended by coworker he came to my house and explained everything to me. So I decided to go ahead and purchase the solar panels. We ended up getting solar panels for the whole house my bill was like $16 not bad. When though we’ve been having some gloomy weather in San Antonio can’t wait for the summer to see if maybe I’ll hit that zero mark. I also got my rebate from CPS and I’ve already referred a couple of friends and I’ve got that thousand dollar referral from Now Energy.

Everything was explained to me and were so patient with me. This company is really good and prices are sooo fair too! I totally recommend it to anybody that is interested in alternative source of energy!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“our team of professionals, we have over 70 years of experience in this relatively new…”

• Better Business Bureau

“Now Energy LLC is a family-owned and BBB-accredited solar panel installation company…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
