    Solsteama installs hardware, that is all. They left the job unfinished. The Solar is not configured nor connected. They do not respond to inquires to get it connected either.

    I was told I'd receive an email from this company and that my case had been expedited but still have received no communication from them at all. When I call, I get a machine that ultimately tells me I will get a call back I'm 4 hrs. or 48 hrs. But I haven't as much as received a voice-mail. This isn't even my solar company but they been working with my company Sunnova since they're not in my area. I have been trying to get an update on this situation for over a month. This is ridiculous. I'm a first time homeowner and I've never been through this process but my roof is damaged from hail and ne

    At first when I first contacted them I thought it was not going to be a good experience, but once Matthew and Philip got in the email string everything went smoothly. Job was completed for removal and reinstalment of solar panels and they made sure they were working before leaving. The techs did a great job!
