Its one and two star share is 27 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 90 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I’m generous enough to give this company even a one-star rating. I believe this company should not even have any stars. I have been trying to get a hold of this company's live agent for months. No one ever answers. The number on the webpage is disconnected; if you try to reach them through social media, they will leave you on read. The panels have not yet been connected, and nobody wants to resolve this issue. Whenever I locate somebody on social media, they promise to provide us a callback, but they never do. I have reached out to numerous emails provided again on the company's website. No on

After paying Best Solar Homes thousands of dollars for backup batteries, they refuse to get the permits required to make them legal. Unbelievable! How in the world does this company stay in business??

At first we had a lot of questions, but in the end we really liked how everything worked and decided to switch to Best Solar Homes. It was a great decision for my family, with very affordable monthly payments and long-term financing plans.

My experience with Best Solar Homes was great from the beginning to the end. The sales Rep was experienced and knowledgeable about the whole process. He explained everything every step of the way. They also pay referrals. Looking forward to recommending my family and friends to them!

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
