HESOLAR

Each mark is one company we hold in the Austin area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. HESOLAR is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

We are very disappointed in the poor customer service provided (or NOT) by the company. The Hoffman brothers and their crew installed solar panels and system to our home in 2020. One of the brothers told us about the Tesla site where we could check the status of the solar energy collection. We had trouble with the site on and off (mainly off) from the beginning, so I called on a Saturday and was told in a curt way that he (one of the brothers) only picked up the phone because he thought it was something (or someone) else. He let me know that I should never call his number and that I was distur

We had been considering solar panels for a long time but kept delaying the decision because the process seemed confusing and overwhelming. This company made everything much easier by explaining the equipment, financing options, and expected energy savings in simple terms we could actually understand. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the property clean throughout the project. Compared to other companies we contacted that felt overly sales-focused, this team seemed much more honest and informative overall. The panels look clean and professionally installed on t

My friend recommended HESolar who turned out to be the best option from the different quotes I received. Knowing that they stand behind their work made it easy to go with HESolar. Starting off, Derrick did a great job explaining how the process would work Afterwards I met Eric who helped with the details at my house. Within a few weeks the HESolar team showed up at my house and two days later we were running on solar power. You should give HESolar a call.

These guys are the legit real deal. Service, responsiveness, and a very clean install (per my electrician neighbor). The system runs as planned and we couldn’t be happier! Can’t recommend them enough. Love a company where from first contact through activation, the owners are involved. We have a full system with panels and storage, when we needed more storage, they were right there to help.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Family owned

“completion of the installation. This family owned company treats you like part of their…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
