    We signed on with Panasun Solar on September 12th, 2025. Part of the package was several energy improvements. We were told the improvements would be done by the time the solar panels would be installed. The solar panels were installed mid-October, and operational in early-December. The install team was excellent, polite, and professional. However, we didn't have our improvements. It took many calls to Panasun, to get those going. Return phone calls were pretty much non-existent, I had to keep calling. Finally, in early February, we had the insulation improvements installed. Then, the new elect

    Panasun and Alex started working on my roof in July 2025 and they still have not completed their job. A whole roof replacement. He ignore our calls and continuously text us excuses after excuses. Left a rental dumpster on our driveway for months while no work was being done. Makes promises he cannot keep. Please find anyone else to work on your home.

    Horrible experience, lack of communication, and it took 6 months to have the system working. I would not recommend this company.

    They were very professional at every step. They did what they said they were going to on every avenue. The turn around was very quick from the day we signed the contract to the day they were installed

    Very professional, and great service . The process in its entirety was smooth and worry free for me and my wife . I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking into solar for their home .
