They told me to come back the next day to get my phone that I needed for a really important business call and when I came the next day come to find out they never opened 😔 …

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I brought my Moto G 5G (2023) in with only a cracked screen. The phone still worked perfectly — the power button worked, the battery was normal, and I had no issues besides the screen. After the device was handled, I was suddenly told my power button was broken and my battery was swollen. These issues did not exist before service. I was also given back my cracked screen in worse condition and was not provided the tools, packaging, or materials that came with my new screen. I felt dismissed and unfairly blamed for damage that app

The worst place! They’re too racist with Latin ppl! The last week I went there cuz my phone it’s broken, so there was two rude guys. I asked one of em if can they fix my phone and if they speak Spanish and he treat me so bad and he told me “NO I CANT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE” he denied me the service. Just for that reason, then when I was at home I was telling my bro this story and he call to the shop, and they told him “SURE, WE CAN FIX YOUR PHONE IN 1 hour” . 😔😔😔

Kinda of upset cause I got my screen fixed last Monday. They replaced the screen but left finger prints all over my camera so now my camera quality isn’t that great. I’ll be in Friday to see what they can do as that is my only day off hopefully they can do something or I’ll be back giving a worse review 😭 …

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
