  Premier Home Solutions stopped by my home on 8/27/2024. Young men were going around the neighborhood. I opted to talk to Sam. Very polite individual. We made arrangements for an actual appointment for the following day 8/28, I read some of their reviews, and focused on one listed on BBB. At that time I chose to cancel the appointment. I sent a text to Sam. His office sent me a text confirming the appointment (?). I texted back asking them to cancel and the response was that I needed to talk to Sam.   Very bad service! Nothing but lies! Was not told about a 2 year contract! Also said our credit card only needed to be on file for damages come to find out it’s on automatic monthly payments! Almost $400 for early termination fees! Frontier WiFi is super slow! App for ATTV cannot be found on our smart tv’s! Canceled frontier within a week and went back to spectrum! If I could give zero stars I would! NO MASK WORN BY SALES KIDS! They aren’t men!

  We encountered so many problems in the few days we switched from Spectrum to DirecTV & Frontier through Premier after we were approached by Jon and Matthew. I gave them a chance to convince me to switch (usually I turn away salesmen right away) since we have had so many issues with Spectrum recently. Our family lives in a duplex home and they were able to set up two separate accounts for us which was great. First problem I had was that neither of them wore masks when going door to door when it is mandated by LA County to wear one in public. Second, there was some confusion about installation f

  Matthew was referred to me by a friend and came highly regarded. I needed a large system because my bills would get up to $600 - $700. He got my bill down to $370 a month with (3) Tesla batteries. He also referred me a good roofer from Final Touch Construction, Louie who did a great job on m y roof. Matthew was very professional, his customer service was top notch and was always there when I needed help. I highly recommend him and I am very happy.

  Matthew has been working with me to make our installation as smooth as possible and has done an impeccable job communicating the progress, answers questions, keeps us informed on progress and genuinely likes his job and customers. Thank you for being above the rest. I had 3 other companies come out in the past and Premier Home Solutions has provided the best pricing and comprehensive explanations for our system.   Alex made this process of getting solar and Tesla batteries so easy and understandable. I would highly recommend them for honest pricing and quality products. We just experienced the first outage of the summer and it felt great knowing we could still enjoy the ac / tv / and car charger thanks to our solar energy system! Alex was helpful and communicative the whole way through, thanks premier!
