Its one and two star share is 25 points above the typical installer in Ontario. Across California, 151 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 491 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Where to begin? Please do not use this company. 1) upon installation they damaged my roof causing leaks and 4 months after reporting the issue they have yet to even respond while moisture issues continue build in my attic. 2) Over 1/3rd of my panels are now malfunctioning and they have yet to respond stating they don't have any technicians in my area so it's on me to contact and pay for any solar maintenance work (with all local guys saying they wont touch other companies work, so I'm SOL there I guess). 3) The amount of Solar production promised by the sales team was far greater than what the

This company is nothing but trouble. They’ll take their commission fee and provide no support afterwards. It took over 6 months to get my panels turned on (which I was paying for panels & Edison). My panels were tripping my breaker due to to many micro inverters being tied to a single breaker and their only response was “call Enphase.” On three separate occasions I’ve had issues with my install and they have been zero help. Enphase, on the other hand, is amazing! Do yourself a favor, though, and avoid Titanium Solar like the plague!!!!

Worked with Jermiah Boyd for a solar system signup/ setup. He did make it easy to get everything kicked off. He kept us in the loop with the whole installation process and we had our system installed yesterday. I have a small update I don't recommend going with them. We were suppose to pay for a year after everything was done. That was false and our panels haven't been producing hardly any power. Only thing now is we have a higher electrial bill and a loan from the company that doesn't have any offsets.

11/12/22 Update: My system finally came online late August and so far has been working just fine. No issues there. There were promises and those were honor even though the employee who gave them is not longer with the company. They are trying to make it right which I do appreciate. Horrible business. Never on time. Always delayed every appointment made with me or rescheduled it.. Still waiting for my panels to be turned on. Lots of promises but never came through. Highly not recommend. Find a better solar panel business who actually care for their customers.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • The website on this company's Google listing now resolves to a domain-sale page, so we do not link it. That may mean the company has stopped trading, or only that it let a domain lapse.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
