  Update: 8-23-2025 Until this date we have NOT noticed a substantial decline in our Xcel Energy Bill. Our salesman told us our energy bill would be around $20-$40. Our monthly energy bill averages around $200 which is a long way from $20-$40. Plus, we have to pay our monthly bill for the installation of our solar panels which is $131. The ONLY reason we bought these solar panels is because our Salesman lied about the savings. He knew if he told the TRUTH we would not have played into the Hype and been suckered into buying these solar panels. So disappointed in Colorado! This is not your ordinar

  Told me I’d receive a check at the end of the year I never really used my electricity I was living alone for a year. Was only getting a $25 credit every month. My manager here that works for solar says this guy pocketed the rest of my panels profit. Never got that check by the way. Emailed him and he ignored me after the fact. 30k system w/ no battery could’ve added more panels on my roof

  Assumed we got solar from titan solar last year. When we contacted titan with some issues, we were told primitive power is who we should talk to since they sold the system to us. The paperwork made it look like our contract is with titan solar. During the initial sales discussions about the installation process, we specifically mentioned our pigeon problem and that we are concerned that birds could nest under the panels. The two sales people Hunter and Bryce reassured us that this won’t be a problem at all since the panels will be installed low enough so that birds can’t fit underneath. Well,

  I have been pleased with Primitive Power and the installation of my solar system. There were times when I became anxious, but i was assured everything was on track. I was also surprised it took six months. The entire process from sales, layout, design, approvals,installation to final inspection and approval, all went quite smoothly.   My point of contact was always courteous and well informed. Throughout the solar project they were helpful in navigating the various forms of paperwork to cover the regulatory and utility requirements and were aways available to address the questions i had. They initiated the initial onsite survey and the subsequent engineering design package that was developed by professional engineering services. They worked in concert with the installer local to our area. This review is to cover Primitive Power’s portion and involvement of our solar project.

  Great experience start to finish. Our representative, Beau was extremely helpful with answering all of our concerns and following up afterward. Definitely recommend!
