  I’ve been with Pure since last October officially, I am spending much more money than ever. I have been completely lied to about what my bills will be, with the amount of solar i was told to get and the plan I was told to switch to, I’m still receiving very high bills plus making payments on the panels.   I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Earlier this year I considered getting solar panels installed for my home. Pure Energy sent over the nicest sales associates. Unfortunately, before I could get solar panels installed, they told us we had to get our roof redone. The Pure Energy associates highly recommended Vallrod Construction because they had worked with them before and had a great working relationship. We met with the Vallrod sales associate, who was the nicest guy as well. The transaction happened quickly, and we handed over a $16,000 insurance check and signed a contract just as quic

  Great for solar panels, but there has been a lousy track record of roofers recommended by them. The first took over 6 months to complete the job, and the second is more than 9 months in with an incomplete soffit and fascia. Also, if the panels need to be replaced, it must be on their schedule, whether it conflicts with religious beliefs (SDA) or not. It is what it is...

  Pure Energy just finished installing our solar system. The service was awesome, everything was explained perfectly, and the installers were amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, they told us when they were coming and when they would be back. We were not able to move a heavy garden box, so they moved it for us. This was beyond what they were intending to do. I am so glad we chose Pure Energy.

  Awesome company! Tereso was the lead sells associate. He was professional and guided us with exceptional service. The entire process was top notch. I got four quotes, and Pure was the lowest. I highly recommend them.
