Its one and two star share is 6 points below the typical installer in Lubbock. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Lubbock whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Semper Fi Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Dana and her husband are as honest and honorable they come. They truly care about each project they complete and will always do what’s best for the customer. If you’re looking for a business with the highest integrity and highest level of service call Semper Fi Solar.

John and his team were extremely professional and polite! Extremely punctual and kept me updated throughout the entire process. John assisted me through the insurance process as it was my first time filing a roof claim and helped make the process smooth and seamless. Would highly recommend John and his team for any roofing job!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“with you. At the time of your free consultation we discuss all of your options and…”

  • Years in business

“is a retired US Marine who served over 20 years. Dana is a 2002 UNR Graduate who got…”

Its website also mentions veteran owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lubbock is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
