The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 19 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Made a purchase of the pro series lights from ranch hand. They were very prompt with communication when trying to make the sell. Told me 6-8 weeks for the lights and never updated me. It was implied it could be sooner or closer to the 4-6 weeks. I was the one to have to call and ask about the status. I also went through their install company. They never indicated that once the lights were finished that it would be an additional month before they would schedule the actual install. Once I get the lights they definitely did not light up the arena like the photos and expected. They tried to imply

Definitely would never have my business!! And I hope people see the video of the COO(karen) and they way she handles herself in public ...its absolutely disgusting what she and the other women did to that poor gentleman!

You need a different CEO. If she is that rude in public she will be that rude to your customers.

Lights were installed 2 years ago at Downtown Arena Wickenburg Arizona. We used the rope lights with solar panels on 40 horse pens. 3 retro lights for cattle pens and warm up area. These offer just the right amount of illumination for Arizona’s dark sky ordinances. Will be installing additional lights in other areas soon. Very helpful customer service.

Love the lights! Long lasting. Variety for different needs. Good customer service. The picture is only one of many I have around my ranch

Installed the 120w light on our boat dock back in 2022 or 2023, and it’s been fantastic. It lights up the dock really well, making it easy to see when coming in from night cruising or fishing. After a few years of use, it’s held up with no issue.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“customers. ✔ Proven Performance With over 100 years of combined industry experience, our…”

Its website also mentions woman owned, warranty, family owned and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
