Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in the Brenham area. Across Texas, 58 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Brenham area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★65%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Brenham area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Connected Energy | Tesla Solar Shingle & Power Wall Certified Installer is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2024

Run, don’t walk away. All I got was talk. Talk for months about how things were going to get taken care of. All I got was a not-certified installer and no one to give me back my deposit. I haven’t heard from Robert Bailey since I voided the contract. What a fraud.

  • 1★ · around August 2024

I also received no product or services. Still waiting on my deposit back. Its been 3 months.

  • 5★ · around August 2023

Robert and his team were quick in creating the project I wanted and helpful in moving forward on our system. I would do it again with them if I ever needed it done again.

  • 5★ · around August 2023

can’t complain about my experience here, helpful + knowledgeable staff for sure. System is running like a charm.

  • 5★ · around August 2023

Had a great experience working with their staff. Would Recommend!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
