    This company has horrible customer service. I purchased a solar attic fan directly threw them. Figured it would be an easy install sense I work in the roofing industry. While working in the roofing industry I have needed to reach out to get products fixed in the past, but Remington Solar just kept asking the same question over and over again and not offering any help for weeks. After I decided to return the product they offered to send me a new motor. Meanwhile I had already had my roof replace and purchased a different product that worked properly. I would be very hesitant of using this compa

    Purchased a $400 solar poll skimmer 18 months ago and now it's no longer made and parts are unavailable. RIPOFF!!

    I purchased the 30 watt-1,970 CFM attic fan with hybrid adapter to replace a very loud 1,500 CFM fan. I was skeptical at first but i must say, this fan draws out some heat! It runs very smoothly and quiet. When i connected the adapter after a few days (had to turn my elec line to an outlet), the fan wouldn't run. One e-mail with a very quick response, customer service sent me a replacement adapter. I couldn't be happier now. I use about 68% less electricity, and on cloudy days or hot evenings, the adapter kicks in and does the work of the solar. 5 Stars to you Remington. Quality product and gr

    6 Weeks into the process. Given the rising price of chlorine, I was hoping this Solar Shock would work as advertised. I'm here to tell you, yes, it really works. The pool has ZERO algae spots, even in the usual areas (shady north facing walls, steps and pool light ring). I used to use 4-6 chorine tabs per week. I'm using 1-2 tabs in the shallow basket, just to sanitize the water. The clarity of the water is amazing. The water feels softer and has no chorine odor. If you have chorine sensitive skin (like mine), then buy this TODAY. Yes, you do have to clean the copper, spring and basket once pe
