  Buyer beware! I have reported them to the BBB. They do not honoring warranties, Questionable installation and then ghosted. In my experience dealing with them, they just want your money. If they ever attempt to make things right and use any type of business ethics, I would change this post, but I honestly doubt it. They don't even answer the BBB. If this company would do this to a military veteran, they will do it to anyone. First, I tried to contact their point of contact about replacing my roof and they never returned my phone call. Secondly when I got the solar panels I was told as long as

  I have a Enphase solar system installed by Rise Power, which is under warranty and a microinverter stopped working two months ago. They came out and looked at it and told me they will open a case with Enphase. That was a month ago. When I call it goes to voicemail. They have not called me back to scheduled a repair date.

  RUN AWAY NOW!!! We had a battery installed by Rise in December ‘25, it died in March ‘26. The company has “moved”, changed their address and phone number. They don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails or emails. It seems like they’re big on installations, but there is ZERO follow up on maintenance requests!!!RIDICULOUS!

  Worked with Rise to add 2 Powerwalls to our existing solar system. Tony was very helpful providing info and recommendations for the best setup for our home. As the project got going, he was great about communication on updates, and helping move things along. Benjamin, the electrician that installed our Powerwalls, was great as well. He completed the installation quickly, the quality of his work was excellent, and he was very helpful with all questions we had.

  Some of my microinverters were not reporting in and unfortunately my installer has since gone out of business. I got in touch with Rise and Tony was able to walk me through some troubleshooting I could try before sending someone out for a service call. Thankfully the issue resolved itself after a breaker reset. If I need service on my installation in the future, I'm definitely reaching out to Rise!
