    I keep getting calls from this company trying to sell me something. Calling me after hours and repeatedly

    Horrible communication, customer service & sloppy work. Put wrong breaker and can’t use dryer for a week or so and never showed up to change the breaker so I can dry clothes and stuff at home.make a hole on my wall and didn’t fixed it right. I don’t know how they have good reviews, must be their sellers and employers. Don’t use this company ‼️

    We have had our solar installed at my place for close to 2 weeks and we still cannot get anybody to answer our phone calls. All we need to know is how to monitor our new 80K+ investment. We signed up online and yet it still shows that there are no systems associated with our account. Talking about customer service

    After leaving a review on their website, they contacted me and they agreed to pay my monthly payment on the system until they can install appropriate number of panel. My problem has been solved for now. Thank you.

    Synaptic Solar or Dynamic or whatever they calling themselves had a technician come out to check my roof for leaks. Young man was very nice and answer all my questions. All went well. Thank you Synaptic.

    I had a problem with my micro inverters not working. Sam (the electrician) worked very hard and also communicated with me and his team. He was very, if not the only person instrumental in getting my system up and working/running correctly and efficiently.
