  The install process was rough and had to get a new roof. I do not recommend using their "recommended" roofers. Now i had fuses blow in my battery which the parts are covered but "labor" for changing fuses is $750 which is insane considering how much i already paid for my system The owner claims i tinkered with my system in which i didnt and i would be extremely impressed if it took someone 4 hours to change a fuse that i was informed that was informed that generac had issues with and was replacing with a different part. Imagine being a business owner and blaming defective parts on the customer

  Failed to show up on multiple occasions, rarely returned my calls or responded to my voicemails unless by text. I asked if Ray could refer someone else to help us with our small off-grid setup but instead he came out to help. He said he was now at my disposal after knowing the details of our project and was happy to help but once we had issues with our system that we couldn’t resolve he said he had pushed hard against our project since the beginning and that they were too busy to schedule us.

  Great company. My system has been great. The installers were great and very knowledgeable. Communication has been outstanding. I love the continued service even after my install. If I ever have a question or need any help with my system they are so easy to get in touch with and very quick to work you in their schedule. Thank you scenic city solar .

  We have solar panels that needed to be taken down, so we could put on a new roof. It was all very overwhelming, but Scenic City Solar was there to answer all my questions. Rebecca is an amazing coordinator and answered the phone every time I called with all of my questions. The team that came to take down and then reinstall were wonderful. The weather was horrible every day they were here, but just worked through it to get our home back to normal. Thank you again for helping us and getting everything up and running in our home.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain the benefits of solar energy and helped me understand the various options available. The installation process was seamless, and the crew was punctual and respectful of my property. I was particularly impressed with how they handled any questions I had along the way.
