I worked with these guys years ago and they were absolutely confused about solar and all the processes. Maybe they got better but doesn't sound like it. Buyer beware very dis honest folks to deal with.

BEWARE - They use dishonest sales tactics. I received a proposal from them saying I needed to spend $38,000 to offset 100% of my electricity bill. While that is true, what I found from 3 other honest solar sales experts is all I really needed was a $22,000 system. Here's how they are tricking you into thinking they will save you a lot of money. The power company has many different rate plans for residential customers. If you pick the rate plan that's "best" for your needs you could be paying $1,000 less for electricity every year. Here's the deception they don't want you to know. When they giv

I bought 8 panels from Skyline Energy Savers. I was told that 6 would cover 80% of my electricity usage. As part of my deal they threw in an extra one so I got 8. I was told this would cover 80, 90 or 100 % of my electricity usage. I was thrilled. I felt blessed. They got me financing for $12,000 and I paid it up front, hoping to see zero or little energy charge. Imagine my surprise when SMUD told me that my panels only averaged 20% of my usage! My bills feel just as large. This is insane and a rippoff. Don't go with Skyline. $12,000 for 20%??? That's no deal. Bad company. They gave me false p

Overall great experience. Installed the solar system quickly, no problems getting plans approved by Homeowners Association or permit from County. Local business that's been here for years, couldn't be better. Even installed an electric car charging port for us complimentary. Highly recommend.

We have worked with Catrina and Mort for years now and it has always been a good experience. They know the business well and make it easy for everyone involved.

We are so pleased with this company! We had another company and did not ever see them. They were awful. I called Mort Martin at Skyline, and we had our system installed in less than 2 weeks! Solar, roof and whole house fan!!! Their crew was polite and hard working and everything was spotless when they were done. Cannot wait to start saving!!!!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Rocklin is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
