    No longer ECS , now solar consultant. New owner, Joseph, has taken over service accounts and reached out to me. He arrived as scheduled and serviced my solar pool heater that had an air leak. He did a great job at a reasonable price. Will definitely call on him for additional services when needed. ***AVOID. Mr. Lane has not answered service calls for over 9 months. LEFT ME STUCK WITH A BADLY LEAKING SOLAR POOL HEATING SYSTEM THAT NO ONE WILL SERVICE. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I Regret Ever Recommending him.***

    One star for answering the phone. Promised “I’ll take care of you” never heard back even after leaving messages requesting a call back.

    I have a passive solar system for my pool and any time I have a need they have been super timely, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Excellent experience—Start to Finish. We’ve had the panels more than 25 years, updating & upgrading them once over that timespan. Two constants to be noted in this long-term connection; Quality product, Quality service. It’s good to know our money has been spent well and good to know that it’s Joe answering the call for any maintenance issues.
