I hired Michael roberts to install 4 systems. I had continuous problems with his invoicing including overcharging, I was informed by Michael that he had got the final inspection and everything was installed. I paid him a full for the four systems. After three or four months of no electric bill change I had another company come out in an inspect and found out that they had just put the panels on top of the building and did not install The necessary equipment for the panels to operate. He did not complete the communication and or sign off with the electric company. When I contacted Michael about

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“solar panels, solar loans, and solar financing options. Committing to excellence, we deliver…”

  • Warranty

“Modules and they come with a 25-year warranty. Our professional solar installer are…”

  • Established

“system, installed by Solar Earth since 2016. They monitor and are great at…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, family owned and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Goleta is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
