Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Greenville. Across South Carolina, 63 of the 101 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Greenville whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Greenville by Appalachian Energy Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

AES installed a 11 kW PV install at our home in Landrum SC at the end of Feburary 2019. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process quotation, installation, and interconnection. We had a SolarEdge system with optimizers installed and have been very pleased with the power production and efficiency of the system. The online monitoring allows us to check up on our production anywhere. The Installation was performed above our expectations. Would and have reccomend to friends and family.

Powell Davis, owner of AES is one of the smartest young men I have met. Professional and a great listener of the customer's needs and concerns...no matter how many times he has to tell you! Our completely off-grid system was priced right too using only the highest quality products. (All other installers I talked to would not go near an off-grid set-up because you can't rely on the power company to cover lack of enough storage) Our system was installed 4 years ago and has worked flawlessly. The system provides enough power to operate the cabin 12 months a year. I have only had to charge the bat

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Greenville is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
