    Made several errors during the installation process. Poor communication. So called Project Manager was never on site or reachable. The installers on site disappeared for days. Were rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

    This is a terrible company - probably will go out of business very soon. Very unprofessional staff overall, starting from sales, going through electricians they hire and including the owner. Constant delays (my project is been ongoing for more than 4 months, even though i was promised it would be up and running on July 1st) I highly advise ti stay away as they are likely going to get hit with multiple law suits and eventhually go out of business

    System was supposed to be installed in 1 day but wasn’t, came back over 2 weeks later after 1st day do to man power shortage. This system was put on wrong from the first day. CT readers were put on backwards , first year couldn’t track anything. Utility company didn’t receive any electricity. My bill is still high. I have 30 panels and summer months I paid an estimated 250, 425,530, 375 not including the price of panels. My utility and actual Solar panel company says I’m using double of the electricity as if my house was 4-5 k ft. This company was just the installation company. I had to pay th

    My solar generation system stopped working and reporting during stormy weather. The Solar-Mite technician, Marquis, arrived on schedule and found both lightning and squirrel damage. Luckily all of the replacement parts were on the truck. It was 88 F in the shade but Marquis persisted even working on my roof in the direct sun. It was so hot I couldn’t even stand to watch him. The result was that the system is working and reporting properly. I am delighted.

    I wholeheartedly recommend Solar Mite Solutions! Our entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely flawless. No stress, no struggle, and no unnecessary complications. We worked with them for a solar panel removal and reinstallation and recently to have our system reconnected so that everything could be properly reporting. Organizing with Kathy was such a pleasant and easy process. She is incredibly communicative, quick to respond, and always made sure we understood exactly what needed to be done and why. Every step was explained thoroughly, which gave us complete confidence throughout

    I cannot say enough about Solar Mites, Kathy was such a great help to us in getting our solar panels fixed and very on top of things. Joey and Marquis were excellent installers and very professional and Informative. I highly recommend using Solar Mites for any of your Solar needs!
