Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in Arlington. Across Texas, 246 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 10 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Arlington whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SolarLife Technology is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

You'll be sorry if you choose to go with them. They rarely answer the phone. If you're lucky to get through, their employee turnover make things worse by making the same mistakes and trying to charge me for their mistakes. They installed a Solaredge backup battery for me with nothing but problems. I made the mistake of paying them before the job was completed. Still no backup for my wifi.

I can't say enough good things about SolarLife Tech! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They guided us through every step of the solar panel installation process, customized the system to our needs, and ensured everything was up and running smoothly. Not only have we seen a significant reduction in our energy bills, but we also feel great about our contribution to a cleaner environment. Highly recommend SolarLife Tech for anyone looking to go solar!

I feel like I’m finally one step closer to being 100% green! Thank you for making the process so easy :)

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • knowledgeable staff 5
  • energy savings 4
  • solar panel installation 3
  • efficiency 3

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“YOUR ELECTRIC BILL TODAY! With over 15 years of experience in the solar trade, we…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
