    Absolutely horrible experience. So many delays and no communication. Sales people said it would take about four to five months for everything and took 9 months. The no communication gets me because there were problems and not a single person communicated with me about anything.

    This company kept pressuring me to install the panels, but I personally don't recommend this type of company. You pay for devices that make your home look bad, and on top of that, you have to pay the electricity company. In the end, you have parasites in your home that will continue to charge you the same rate in winter and summer, and Edison will charge you double. If I could find someone to help me get out of this scam, I would. According to the technician, he came once to see why they had stopped producing energy, and he found some wires reversed. I sent them messages again that they weren'

    Did not solve anything. Did not reschedule a follow up. Techs were polite and friendly but no fix for the second time.

    I recently went solar with SolarTech and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was originally considering another company, but my gut told me I'd get better service here — and that turned out to be exactly right. Will was who I worked with, and he's been fantastic from start to finish. He was recommended to me by my roofer, and it's easy to see why. He's incredibly responsive — I can text him a question anytime and get a quick, helpful reply. Solar is all new to me, and he's been patient walking me through every step, including everything that happens after you sign the contract (there's

    Solar Tech has been a great company that I would recommend, they have been clear precise And Timely with all of their communication. Being out of town at the time of installation we had to depend on solar Tech staff and our agent Steve of Indio, Steve being Hands-On with all communication with solar Tech staff, delivery, and paperwork for us as well as keeping us informed on placement and other issues that would arise was highly appreciated and helpful. I would recommend that you would ask for Steve in Indio for your solar information and needs.
