    Wife & I signed a contract with this company (Star Enrg) July-Aug 24' to have Battery Backups installed in our home. Over the past 2 years, we have had Multiple Phone Call/Email Appointments made with the exact same amount of No Call - No Shows. Only 5% of the work has been done with excuse after excuse about why things can't be finished. We have since signed a Cancelation Form 3 Months ago...in which we have yet to receive our refund of almost $6k. They have changed there business address & will Not return any calls. I get an email from Tim Lee (fiance dept.) every so often saying they are wo

    This company installed solar on a 89 yr olds house names Jack Weber Jr. he paid $48,529.80 cash. You guys installed the solar on his barn & never submitted the Net Metering application to PECO. We have left numerous messages over the last three years. I have tried to submit & pay for the application fee on his behalf since I work for Spartan Solar but PECO can’t help either since it was already opened by Star Enrgy but never paid. My next action is to report this preditory company to the Attorney General. He has been paying $600 bills for three years now. You guys disgust me and give our indus

    StarEnergy & David Stokes were great! It’s Tim Lee & Allen Weiss I have a Problem with!! In a misleading project with CURRENT LLC to get a Solar Backup Battery Installed! I Paid in Full 7/6/2025 and it was supposed to be installed on 7/14/2025! Between inconsistent emails, weather issues, crew issues, rescheduling of over 12 times! Fast forward to end of March I Cancelled the Contract and am Owed a Big Refund!!! Now the terrible communication and customer service of these two individuals is disappointing!! Needles to say it’s almost 90 days on a Promised Refund and Still Nothing!! This is very
