    This company is not worth all your troubles. They don't return your calls or emails..They caused damage to my roof and now do not want to take responsibility for it...

    I dont understand how they have 4.9 stars. Its listed as a company that does service in Delaware. I scheduled my first consultation at 9am on Saturday. No one showed up and i get a call at 9:30 requesting if a virtual consultation would be okay. I agree i wait in the google meets call for 20 minutes without anyone accepting me into the call. Then i get a second call to notify me that the company haven’t done any installs in Delaware and they dont know how to work out the taxes or some BS like that in Delaware and wouldnt be able to service me. Sunday morning i get a call as an apology and requ

    Panels installed in 2023. Half of the grid stopped producing power 3 months ago. Customer Service has been horrible and as of today I still don’t have a on site inspection scheduled to inspect the AC power which was the recommendation of enphase over a month ago.

    We decided to go with Venture Solar after receiving install estimates from several other companies. What set Venture Solar apart from the other companies was that Venture projected that we would generate enough energy to cover our annual energy expenses and we could lease the system and still experience significant savings. We signed up for Solar in late 2025 and so far we are on track to meet the estimated energy savings projections. I highly recommend Venture Solar for rooftop systems.
