  I'm more ashamed to make negative comments about such kind and professional people who behaved so convincingly in their sales pitches, even though they may not actually have the support of the company they represent. Personally, I'm paying for solar panels that were installed for decoration over four months ago and still don't work. The bills for electricity and panels are always on time, and they just keep saying they'll credit my payments. I've called and called, but nothing. Nobody resolves my issue.   I personally contracted this service in February 2021, and I've never received anything. However, the bills are arriving on time—I'm paying for electricity and solar panels. It's a complete scam, and I'm even investigating whether to sue them. I can show photos to anyone who asks. The salesperson only makes sales and doesn't resolve anything. They don't even answer my calls anymore. They've wasted so much of my time and money. I'm tired of being passed from one person to another and no one resolving anything.   I had a great experience with Sun City Solar Solutions. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the process feel much less overwhelming.   Jesus was really expedient in responding to a message that my Solar Panels were not functioning. He came out to inspect the system within days and determined the main solar inverter was not functioning! He was able to replace the inverter under warranty saving me loads of money! It has been installed already and I’m hopeful and grateful that my electric bill will be reduced.

  We reached out to these guys because the company that installed our solar panels went bankrupt. They were awful after install. So we reached out to Sun City Solar and they were able to transfer our system under them and they were able to fix the issue and get us back up and running.
