Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in El Paso. Across Texas, 256 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 126 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in El Paso, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in El Paso whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. TriSMART is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

If anyone who works for TriSMART shows up to your door making promises that sound too good to be true, don’t even open the door. I was told by Ramon that I wouldn’t pay for two months and that I will be starting after that period of no payments. I even clarified with Ramon about whether or not it would add up if I don’t pay for those two months and he said I wouldn’t have to pay any additional costs and that the payment will just resume after that “no payment period” as if I got the equipment then. Come to find out, interest has been acquiring during those two months and the amount I’ve been p

Run from this company. All they care about is making their money and running away once they have you on the hook for 20+ years. I gave them every benefit of the doubt. I was patient and willing to work with them on every aspect as I thought they were a credible company with good folks as salesmen. I regret this decision more than anything else I have done in my life. I’ve heard no reply from the salesman Aaron, and the customer care line is always busy. The email directory is a joke and nobody wants to take ownership or responsibility for my issues at hand. Again, I wish I had never opened my

Currently I'm very dissatisfied with TriSMART. I've been trying to get my panel edge repaired for the second time. They came out a month ago and "fixed" it, but said if it separated from the panel again, the whole thing would have to be replaced. It separated again less then a week after they serviced it. I've contacted them over and over about this panel edge hanging off my roof. 4 appointments that they have been scheduled for and haven't bothered to show up for to really fix the issue. They have poor customer service and horrible communication skills, but they are doing a great job in letti

Dear TriSmart Solar Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a breach of agreement by your sales representative, Aaron Quesada, who sold me a solar panel system in El Paso, Texas. I had my solar panels installed in September 2024 based on his representation that I would receive a $2,000 rebate for the first year. However, to date, I have only received $400, leaving a balance of $1,600 still unpaid. Despite multiple follow-ups and waiting patiently for over six months, I have yet to receive the remaining rebate as promised. I also want to bring to your attention th

When are you going to come and put the meter in I would like to start seeing on my electric bill.So far it’s been almost a year since we color panels have been installed and I have no problem with your company and the way you went about doing the work to make sure everything was working and I would recommend your company to anyone.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on Angi. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
