  I have been trying to reach them for weeks by phone and email. My parents got a solar system from them and it has never been operational due to recalls on the generac system they installed. They came a few months ago to make sure they registered the system and now have not heard anything. The system needs to be replaced and the solar panels updated according to their tech. I'm still waiting on an answer back. The voicemail is full. No response from emails. Basically they took my parent's money for a system that cannot even function properly. We want to work with them to get the system fixed. I

  Last May (7 months ago) we gave Luis full payment for services. We have been getting the run around since then. His employee Tomas has been taking all my calls and texts, I wrote a message to their business account on Facebook and received no answer. The business phone number has no answer or voicemail.

  Hi I would like to share my experience with Modern Era Solar . Since day one I been paying the double than I use to pay, I call the owner to come a replace a panel module that burnt,it been 2 years and no one has come they block me from Fb and they don’t answer my calls. The worse part of the installation is all my roof is leaking they came and put silicone and didn’t work .

  Our system installed by others stopped producing power and unfortunately refused to help us get them back up and running. I called Luis and his crew at modern era and he came next day and right on time. Got it fixed and up in running within minutes. Cannot stress it enough, if you need help with any of your solar needs Modern Era is your go to! Highly recommend them to anyone.   They came and troubleshot and repaired our current system. Even after things not going quite like expected they still followed through to fully resolve the problem. Great communication and quick response. I highly recommend them!
