  We had a really great experience at the beginning. From first contact to follow-up and through the installation, Jessica Porras and Floyd Hegedorn were extremely helpful. They were patient when there was a delay on our end, responsive to all our questions and always answered when we called. They also kept in touch and reminded us about appointments and what would happen next. I thought it was a good experience at the time, they told us what we wanted to hear. But never took responsibility or ever bothered to finish the job. We felt like we didn’t know what was going on. Their presentation was

  Signed contract 13 months ago. Panels are still not producing the energy I was promised. I don't get any resolution after all my calls, emails, and text to Flloyd or the Altaray company. Sales person Charlie Sanchez and Richard Debera deceived me into a 23k loan by promising I was supposed to get a Federal Incentive of $7,203. Which I found out 2 months after that is not and actual refund that you get in cash back in order to pay down the loan and keep the low monthly payment I was promised. I don't qualify for the Incentive as they told me and even if I would that Incentive is never CASH BACK

  Worst company I have dealt with in a while. They are unprofessional, lie about what the process should be, blame all the issues on their “installation company” Altaray, and never respond when they need to. My salespeople as well as manager Floyd were no help, only make excuses. I am happy with the solar panels themselves for the most part, but I do definitely wish I had gone with a different company. Yes Floyd, I had the panels installed with you. The contract was down under my married name of Yslas. Still waiting on your text back from 10/22. Don’t bother anymore. Thanks!

  Would highly recommend them. I purchased from them not once but twice. See, we purchased a few panels a few years ago when, Floyd was recommend to us. And recently wanted to upgrade and add a few more panels. Soo, of course I called Floyd again. He's very professional, on point on returning calls and gets this done on time. Thinking 🤔 of getting panels 📞 Floyd with "Solar Made Simple LLC. 👍🏻👍🏻
