The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★85%

Each mark is one company we hold in Mississippi whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sun Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of the solar work was sloppy, deadlines were missed, and the communication was practically nonexistent. What really makes this place unbearable is the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude, dismissive, and even aggressive when I brought up concerns. Rather than resolving issues, he tried to shift blame and refused to honor commitments that were clearly written into the contract. If you’re looking for honesty, professionalism, or even basic respect as a paying customer, you will not find it

Very bad experience with this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and should not be trusted with this kind of work around your home. Do not even consider hiring this business.

These people treat your front door like it’s their office / playground. No matter how many times you say no, they keep coming back—uninvited, unannounced, and unbelievably persistent. It feels less like sales and more like stalking. Stay far away!!!!

I oversaw my mother’s process of her going solar. My mother is Elderly and I am always weary of companies and individuals taking advantage of my parents. My husband and I are always with my parents and since they are hard of hearing they always use their speaker to talk. I was amazed how sunup’s staff treated my parents on a personal level and not just a quick buck. You can tell when a company has integrity and are really providing an increase of property value in our best interest.

I had been think about getting solar panels for a long time, especially with inflation causing my electricity bill to skyrocket over the past few years. I finally took a leap of faith and chose SunUp Solar. I'm so glad that I did! The instillation process went smoothly, customer service is top notch, and now I don't have to be nervous about how high my bill is going to be! My wallet and I thank you SunUp Solar.

I was always skeptical about getting solar but I am so happy I did ! SunUp is the best in the business and if you are considering switching to solar I highly recommend them.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Long Beach is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
