    Surprised how little the tech and Supervisors knew about Tesla App. I had to go to another company to get answers! I called the # below, guess what, not taking calls at this time! It's been 2 yrs since my solar system was installed.. I've had problems ever since the battery was installed. I call the office and want to talk to the boss, he is in a meeting, but will call me back no phone call, that's about 4 phone calls that was supposed to be returned that never happened. The battery starts discharging about 11:30 am, and is fully discharged by 5:30-6:30 in the evening, so I pay at the max rate

    A gentleman from this company showed up to my house and tried to tell me he was with a company that I had set an appointment yesterday. The company I set the appointment with then shows up. I totally don’t recommend doing business with this company.

    We bought solar last June 2022 and it wasn’t installed until September after shipment errors and installation appointment no shows day of. Because of this we were told two months of PG&E bills would be reimbursed to us. Sales associate, sales manager and owner dodged countless phone calls and voice messages for 8 months about the reimbursement for someone to call us and say our sales associate didn’t have the authority to promise us the two month reimbursement even after sending proof of this promise through email. Nothing was done about their mistake and we ate the costs. Poor communication a

    Really hardworking guys. Javier, Alfonz, Monte and Taleva gave great service and took the time to explain everything during the project. They are great people.

    First of all, I’ve had multiple issues with my solar and have had other companies come check it out No one could figure it out so I called Alfonso from sun solar And he was able to update my app now I’m able to see what my system is making he installed CT’s And his customer service was awesome I am very grateful for this service now my system is running more efficiently and I can see how my solar system is running

    After 3 years with the solar, the staff continues to give exceptional customer service, i change internet carriers and they came out to reconnect my system with ease, and gave me tips, on how to keep producing more on my system. I want to thank Monte, for coming out and Alfonso for helping me out your team is amazing and i definitely appreciate you, and will recommend to everyone, bless this community in this business!!
