Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Vancouver area. Across Washington, 58 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 120 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Vancouver area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunbridge Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Approximately 3 years ago I called sunbridge to install solar on my house. They gave me an estimate then started to do the engineering. When I was told I would not be able to use the system when power went out unless I had battery back up so I told them that is what I wanted. I was told that the battery systems were not reliable and they asked if I could wait until better systems came on the market and they would get ahold of me in a few months ( I forget the exact time frame) after several months I sent a message asking where we were at. after all they had already done the engineering they ha

I couldn't even get them to look at my project.

Sunbridge was so easy to work with throughout our solar journey. From first contact, they have been fast to respond and great at keeping us updated. I couldn't recommend them more!

They installed an 18kw ground-mount array for me at my farm, which has been great. It was a complex job, but they clearly explained all the components and scheduled things with enough time to complete. When I expand this system, they'll be the ones to do it. 2026 update: It's been 11 years since the install, and zero problems and practically zero maintenance other than a tree branch taking out a panel in the ice storm a few years back. Overall: solar has saved me many thousands of dollars; one of the best investments I've made and will keep saving me into the future.

We had a 21-panel (5.78 kW) system installed by Sunbridge Solar in September 2017 after receiving five different bids. We chose them because they were not only the most competitive, but also the friendliest and least pushy company we met with. Over the years, we’ve had a couple of microinverters fail (as electronics sometimes do), and each time Sunbridge handled the warranty seamlessly (and at no cost!). I’d send a quick note, and within days their crew was out to diagnose and fix the issue. They clearly stand behind their work long after installation, which says a lot. Most recently, when we

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“Panel Installations’ . With over 15 years of experience and a team of dedicated…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Houzz. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
