    I purchased a Sunmodo ground mount and their documentation is horrible. The instructions provided for installation are deficient, lack information, and full of errors. I've called them several times and left messages in hopes of getting some clarifying info, but have never gotten a call or email back. I will never use this company again. 11 MONTH UPDATE: The grounding clamps have all failed in less than a years time. The clamps are casted parts, which is the worst possible materials choice, unless youre trying to make an extra 10 cents per part profit. Shame on Sunmodo for this inexcusable des

    Decided to use this company because it was the only thing in stock. Bad decision.. Unnecessarily difficult and tedious, some of the rails had holes on the wrong side from the manufacturing. Should have just waited another month for

    I went through the Sun Modo configurator because I was referred to them by my electrical supplier. The configurator worked well and I submitted a quote request through the website. No one called me back so I called in. Left a Voice Mail. I called again the next day. The receptions took my information and said the owner would call me back. I never got a call back. It must be nice to have business so good, you don't need customers.

    My experience with them has been really, really good. The other reviews might be valid, but my experience has been great. Every call I've made to them, they've either answered the phone or called me back after leaving a voice mail. They've been helpful overall, and their Sunturf ground mount system was easy for me to put together. Sure, you need a little understanding of basic building principles, but it's definitely not hard to figure out. I expect the ground mount to last decades, and I'm confident it will. I'm actually hoping to buy more from them and enlarge my array just a tiny bit in the

    Sun Modo has a diverse line of solar racking products. I ran into a time sensitive situation last week and Brandon was very helpful in its resolution.
