Its one and two star share is 20 points above the typical installer in the Altamonte Springs area. Across Florida, 81 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Altamonte Springs area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunergy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I can't get in touch with this company at all I need my roof replaced and solar panels removed for that they don't respond

TL;DR: Find a different, better solar installer. It's rare that I give 1 star ratings to any corporation, but I feel my hand is forced here. I am a solar representative who has done door-to-door work with Sunergy as my product in the past. I have installed multiple systems in friends and family's homes with the best of intentions; Sunergy has never gotten it right (hence their rebrand to Zeo Energy as they scramble to avoid bankruptcy). They have competitive prices and a quick and effective install strategy. Unfortunately, these things are unimportant compared to activation times and customer

This company is a scam they feed you lies and promises of lower electricity bills on to have the same high bill on top of paying them for the cost. Don’t get solar not worth it at all. I called today to speak with someone about a possible leak in our roof from the solar panels as we were told the roof had warranty with the panels. I was placed on hold mid conversation then hung up on called and no one answered the call do to high call volumes. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional.

The techs were amazing. They were friendly, patient, communicative, and installed the solar panels with care. Shout out to Dillan and Chris. Very sweet workers

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
