    I would highly recommend using someone else. Very poor service and follow up. When I bought my 25 solar panels from Sunlux I felt very confident in their service. As it turns out they just had a good salesman as you will read on the other review. It is all good when they are selling to you, but the servicing is highly disappointing and costly. The roofing company they used did damage to my pool heater by dropping a tile on it and not ever coming to fix it. I fixed it myself, I wasn't thrilled they didn't fix it but still had good feelings about Sunlux. But when my solar stopped working and it

    Called multiple companies after the snow-pacolyspe of 2021. The sales person Mike walked me through the whole process. Gave me ideas for questions to ask the other solar companies and had a great presentation. The presentation alone was amazing. Once the process started, Bonnie T, my account /construction contact with Sunlux, it made every fear I've ever had about home updates and upgrades go away. She was helpful, timely, and cared about what I needed answers too. The installation crew did an amazing job. They finished my 15kw system in about 3 days. They came back and showed me how to check

    I really appreciate their transparency with me on how the solar system works, benefits of having one, their warranties (DEFINITELY worth looking into) and their quick response. They truly put a lot of work in the customer experience and have made me a happy one. Please reach out to them when ever you can.

    My experience with Sunlux has been positive from the beginning. Project Coordinators are fantastic to work with and always on top of their projects. I would definitely recommend Sunlux to anyone looking for solar!
